COVID-19 Testing Procedures

Dear Parents and Carers,

The Department of Education now requires us to keep a record of every child who has a COVID-19 test. If your child is required to undertake the test, can you please notify the front office with your child's name and the date of the test. Once you receive the test results, please send a copy of this back to the school, either electronically or a printed version. This will be in place of a medical certificate or note of absence for your child. All information received will be kept confidential. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
